A guy wants to be as admired as his brother, then drinks his milk and becomes huge.
A coach is standing next to the mirror and within it a little kid in a football jersey. He's small and skinny and says "C'mon coach..." asking him to let him play on the team and also that he's been drinking milk. Sure enough, the kid starts growing and by the time he's done he's much bigger and taller than the coach, his voice a booming bass.

The 8-year-old holds a glass spiral-twist Pepsi bottle from the 60's, and 30-year-old Madonna looks on in approval with 80's Pepsi can in hand. Both images toast each other, and the adult says, "Make a wish." The little girl blows out the candles on the birthday cake. "A Generation Ahead".
The next day, Madonna's own version of "Like A Prayer" made its debut on MTV, and all hell broke loose.
